On June 18, the new-type apprenticeship training program jointly established by our company and Luohe Technician College successfully concluded with a pleasant visiting activity. Spanning a year and a half, the program utilized diverse training methods, including online and offline courses as well as practical hands-on training.

The program consisted of a total of 320 credit hours, with courses tailored specifically to the company's needs. The curriculum covered a wide range of topics closely related to the employees' work and daily lives, including theoretical knowledge for fitters and welders, fundamental mechanical principles, safety protocols, the Civil Code, teamwork, craftsmanship spirit, emotional management, and basic etiquette. It also included practical hands-on training for both fitters and welders. These highly relevant and engaging courses were closely aligned with actual production practices and corporate needs. Participants benefited greatly from the program and spoke highly of it.

Through the theoretical and practical training, we have mastered professional knowledge and skills, enabling us to operate equipment more safely and in a standardized manner in our future work. By studying the Civil Code, we have gained relevant legal knowledge, which helps us effectively exercise our rights, better safeguard our legitimate interests, and regulate our own behavior. Through learning about teamwork, we realized that working together makes us a team, and only through collaboration can we achieve better results. Studying the craftsmanship spirit taught us to be dedicated, responsible, and meticulous, constantly striving for perfection and never ceasing to improve. Through emotional management training, we learned how to better regulate our emotions, cultivate a positive mindset, live optimistically, and work hard. Finally, learning basic etiquette taught us to pay attention to politeness and courtesy in daily interactions, ensuring we maintain a dignified appearance, behave properly, and act with grace.

This program not only taught us professional and safety skills but also imparted knowledge about law, dedication to our jobs, and interpersonal conduct. It has improved the comprehensive quality of the employees and met the enterprise's demand for cultivating skilled talent.
