Structure: Tube: Highly abrasion-resistant rubber with excellent pressure resistance. Reinforcement: High-tensile textile cords with a double-ply structure. Cover: Black SBR/NR (Styrene-Butadiene/Natural Rubber) conductive blend, highly abrasion-resistant, oxidation-resistant, and featuring a pin-pricked design.
Application: Suitable for pneumatic sandblasting and rust removal on metal surfaces.

This sandblast hose features a highly abrasion-resistant and conductive inner tube that strongly withstands the high-speed scouring of abrasives such as quartz sand, steel grit, and corundum. It prevents premature wear and sand accumulation/clogging, while its conductive material safely dissipates static electricity to eliminate the risk of dust fires. The multi-layer high-strength fiber wrapped reinforcement structure provides high-pressure containment, ensuring stable pressure resistance and excellent pulse impact resistance, preventing bulging and delamination during long-term sandblasting operations. The matte, anti-slip, and abrasion-resistant outer cover protects against dragging and scraping, as well as ozone aging. It remains highly flexible and resistant to cracking in both high and low-temperature environments, and its anti-slip design ensures a secure grip during handling. It is widely used for high-pressure sandblasting operations such as steel structure rust removal, ship refurbishment, stone treatment, foundry sand cleaning, and workpiece surface polishing.
