Structure: Tube: Black conductive natural rubber, providing excellent abrasion resistance. Reinforcement: High-tensile textile cords with a four-ply structure. Cover: Black or green SBR/NR (Styrene-Butadiene/Natural Rubber) conductive blend, highly abrasion-resistant, oxidation-resistant, and featuring a pin-pricked design.
Application: Designed for the delivery of abrasives, sandblasting, and shot blasting materials.

The inner tube of this 150PSI four-layer matte material blasting hose is made of conductive and highly abrasion-resistant natural rubber, capable of withstanding the high-speed scouring of abrasives such as sand and steel grit. It prevents premature wear and material clogging while safely dissipating static electricity to eliminate dust hazards. The four-layer high-tensile textile cord wrapped reinforcement structure stably supports a working pressure of 150PSI, effectively resisting high-pressure impacts and preventing bulging or delamination. The SBR/NR conductive blend outer cover features a matte texture that enhances anti-slip and dragging performance. Its pin-pricked breathable design provides excellent resistance to ozone and aging. Suitable for a wide temperature range of -30°C to 80°C, the hose remains highly flexible and resistant to kinking when bent. It is widely used for abrasive blasting operations such as steel structure rust removal, stone sandblasting, and foundry cleaning.
