This SAE 100R4 suction and delivery hydraulic oil hose is strictly manufactured in accordance with the SAE 100R4 industry standard. The hose body is built with a continuous spiral steel wire support skeleton and reinforced with a multi-layer high-strength fiber wrapping structure. It provides dual functionality for both negative pressure oil suction and positive pressure oil delivery, preventing collapsing during oil extraction and resisting bulging or deformation during pressurized delivery. The inner tube is made of oil-resistant NBR that withstands the erosion of hydraulic and lubricating oils without swelling or leakage, and its smooth inner wall minimizes sludge accumulation. The weather-resistant outer cover protects against oil contamination, dragging and abrasion, as well as ozone and UV aging. It maintains excellent bending toughness in low-temperature environments and features a built-in anti-static structure to eliminate static electricity hazards in oil lines. It is perfectly adapted for various working conditions, including construction machinery, hydraulic equipment, oil extraction systems in tank trucks, and suction/delivery oil circulation in hydraulic tanks.
