This material suction and delivery hose is built with an integrated spiral steel wire skeleton and reinforced with a multi-layer high-strength fiber wrapping structure. It enables both negative pressure suction and positive pressure delivery of powders and granular materials, preventing the hose from collapsing during suction and resisting bulging or deformation during delivery. The highly abrasion-resistant inner tube withstands the scouring of sand, cement, grain, and plastic pellets. Its smooth inner wall prevents material adhesion and clogging. The anti-static version safely dissipates static electricity generated by material friction, eliminating dust safety hazards. The thickened outer cover is highly resistant to dragging, tearing, outdoor UV rays, and ozone aging. It remains highly flexible and easy to bend in low-temperature environments. It is perfectly adapted for various solid particle suction and discharge operations, including cement tanker unloading, grain delivery, plastic pellet transfer, mineral powder suction, and sand/gravel feeding.
