The inner tube of this dry cement hose is made of abrasion-resistant and anti-static rubber, which prevents cement powder from sticking and safely dissipates static electricity to eliminate the risk of dust explosions. The hose body is equipped with a spiral steel wire support and a multi-layer fiber wrapped structure, ensuring it does not collapse, deform, or clog during the suction and delivery of dry materials. The abrasion-resistant outer cover protects against dragging, scraping, and weathering aging. It remains highly flexible and resistant to cracking when bent in low-temperature environments. It is specifically designed for the suction and delivery of powdered materials such as dry cement, dry mortar, mineral powder, and dry cement in cement tanker truck unloading operations.
