This tank truck hose features an oil-resistant NBR inner tube, perfectly adapted for various fuels such as gasoline, diesel, and kerosene. It withstands the swelling and penetration of petroleum products, and its smooth inner wall prevents oil accumulation and scale formation. Built with an integrated spiral steel wire skeleton and reinforced with multi-layer high-strength fiber, it provides dual functionality for both suction and delivery. It prevents collapsing during negative pressure loading/unloading and ensures stable pressure containment against pressure pulses. The anti-static structure safely dissipates static electricity to eliminate the risk of fire and explosion. The thickened outer cover is highly resistant to oil contamination, dragging, and abrasion, as well as UV and ozone aging. It remains highly flexible and resistant to cracking when bent in low-temperature environments. The hose can be equipped with standard tank truck metal fittings at both ends to ensure secure sealing and prevent leakage. It is widely used for tanker truck loading and unloading, oil depot transfer, and gas station storage delivery operations.
