This suction and delivery hydraulic oil hose is built with a rigid spiral steel wire skeleton and reinforced with multi-layer high-strength fiber wrapping. It simultaneously meets the requirements for both negative pressure oil suction and positive pressure oil delivery, preventing collapsing during suction operations and bulging or deformation during pressurized delivery. The inner tube is made of oil-resistant NBR that withstands the soaking and penetration of hydraulic and lubricating oils without swelling or leakage, and its smooth inner wall minimizes sludge accumulation. The abrasion- and weather-resistant outer cover protects against oil contamination, dragging and tearing, as well as outdoor UV aging. It maintains excellent flexibility in low-temperature environments, making it easy to bend and store. It is widely used for oil extraction from hydraulic tanks, loading and unloading operations in tanker trucks, and oil circulation and transfer in hydraulic systems of construction machinery.
