The inner tube of this EPDM food grade hose is made of food-grade EPDM rubber that complies with both FDA and GB4806 standards. It is non-toxic, odorless, and free of leaching. The smooth inner wall prevents the adhesion of grease, grains, and milk, and it withstands acid/alkali cleaning solutions and high-temperature sterilization without promoting bacterial growth. The multi-layer high-strength fiber wrapped reinforcement structure ensures stable pressure containment and excellent resistance to fluid impacts without deformation or delamination. A version with a built-in steel wire skeleton can be customized to enable dual suction and delivery functions. The outer cover is also made of weather-resistant EPDM, providing excellent resistance to ozone and UV aging, as well as dragging and abrasion. Adaptable to high and low-temperature environments ranging from -40°C to 120°C, the flexible hose body is easy to bend and clean. It is widely used for the transfer of food fluids and dry food ingredients in dairy, brewing, grain and oil, and beverage processing industries.
