The hose body is equipped with a high-strength polyester cord wrapped reinforcement layer, ensuring stable pressure containment and excellent resistance to fluid pulse impacts. An optional built-in spiral steel wire enables dual suction and delivery functions, effectively preventing the hose from collapsing under negative pressure. The weather-resistant outer cover is made of EPDM rubber, providing excellent abrasion and tear resistance, as well as protection against UV and ozone aging. Adaptable to a wide temperature range of -30°C to 120°C, the flexible hose body is easy to bend and clean. It also complies with the domestic GB4806 food contact safety standard. It is widely used for the safe transfer of food materials such as fruit juice, fresh milk, edible oils, and grain powders in dairy plants, brewing workshops, grain and oil processing factories, and bakeries.
