The suction and delivery chemical hose features a smooth UHMWPE inner liner that is highly resistant to acids, alkalis, organic solvents, and diluted corrosive media. It is compatible with 98% of common chemical fluids, preventing swelling and permeation while ensuring residue-free cleaning. An FDA-compliant inner liner option is available to meet the requirements of pharmaceutical and food-grade chemical applications. The hose body is constructed with a dual reinforcement structure of multi-layer high-tensile polyester cords and an integrated spiral steel wire, enabling dual suction and delivery functions. It prevents collapsing under negative pressure and resists bulging or deformation during positive pressure transfer. A built-in conductive copper wire safely dissipates static electricity, eliminating safety hazards when transferring flammable and explosive solvents. The corrugated outer EPDM cover is highly resistant to dragging and abrasion, as well as UV and ozone aging. Adaptable to a wide temperature range of -40°C to 120°C, the lightweight and highly flexible hose body features a small bending radius. It is perfectly suited for the suction, transfer, and discharge of various corrosive liquids in chemical plant tanker loading/unloading, fine chemicals, lithium battery raw material transfer, pharmaceutical workshops, and papermaking and dyeing industries.
