Structure: Tube: Black, smooth NR/SBR (natural/styrene-butadiene) synthetic rubber, abrasion-resistant against concrete friction. Reinforcement: High-tensile steel wire layers. Cover: Black, smooth (cloth-wrapped finish) NR/SBR (natural/styrene-butadiene) synthetic rubber, abrasion-resistant and aging-resistant.
Application: Steel wire reinforced hoses are used to deliver concrete to pouring positions. They are generally used at the end of a pump for concrete placement and can withstand negative pressure during cleaning. Typically equipped with full-flow forged hardened fittings.

The inner tube of this concrete delivery hose is made of highly abrasion-resistant conductive natural rubber, which effectively withstands the scouring of sand and gravel aggregates and the alkaline corrosion of cement slurry. Its smooth inner wall prevents slurry accumulation and clogging, while the conductive material safely dissipates static electricity, eliminating the risk of dust ignition on construction sites. The hose body features a multi-layer reinforcement structure of high-tensile steel wire and polyester cord, covering working pressure ranges from standard to high-pressure conditions. It provides excellent resistance to bulging, elongation, and delamination under pumping pulse impacts, ensuring a sufficient safety margin against bursting. The outer cover is made of an SBR/NR blend conductive abrasion-resistant rubber that resists dragging and tearing, as well as UV, ozone, and outdoor weathering aging. Adaptable to a wide temperature range of -30°C to 80°C, the highly flexible hose body allows for easy bending and precise adjustment of pouring points. Equipped with high-strength forged fittings, it is compatible with various concrete pump trucks, trailer-mounted pumps, and shotcrete equipment. It is widely used for high-pressure pumping operations of concrete, mortar, and plaster in high-rise buildings, bridge and tunnel construction, foundation grouting, precast components, and wall plastering.
