This 1275PSI (85Bar) high-pressure concrete pumping hose features a conductive, highly abrasion-resistant natural rubber inner tube that withstands the continuous scouring of sand and gravel aggregates and the alkaline corrosion of cement slurry. Its smooth inner wall significantly reduces material clogging and slurry accumulation, while the conductive material effectively eliminates static electricity during conveying. The hose body is constructed with a multi-layer high-tensile steel wire braided reinforcement structure, ensuring a constant working pressure of 1275PSI and a burst pressure of up to 2500PSI. It provides excellent resistance to pumping pulse impacts, preventing bulging, elongation, twisting, and kinking, thus offering high structural stability and an excellent safety margin against bursting. The outer cover is made of SBR/NR blend conductive rubber that resists dragging and tearing, as well as ozone, UV, and outdoor weathering aging. Adaptable to a wide temperature range of -30°C to 80°C, the hose body balances flexibility and lightweight design for flexible routing in confined construction spaces. It is perfectly suited for high-pressure pumping and pouring operations of reinforced concrete, mortar, and fine aggregate concrete in high-rise buildings, bridge and tunnel construction, foundation reinforcement, and large-scale infrastructure projects.
