This 600PSI plaster and concrete pumping hose features a conductive, highly abrasion-resistant natural rubber inner tube that withstands the alkaline corrosion of cement and plaster slurries, as well as the continuous scouring of sand and gravel aggregates. Its smooth inner wall ensures unobstructed flow, preventing slurry accumulation and clogging, while its built-in anti-static properties eliminate dust safety hazards on construction sites. The multi-layer high-tensile textile cord cross-wrapped reinforcement structure ensures stable pressure containment at 600PSI, providing excellent resistance to bulging and delamination under pumping pulse impacts, with a sufficient safety margin. The outer cover is made of an SBR/NR blend conductive abrasion-resistant rubber that resists dragging and tearing, as well as UV and ozone aging. Adaptable to a wide temperature range of -30°C to 80°C, the lightweight hose body is highly flexible and resistant to kinking. It is perfectly suited for high-pressure pumping operations of plaster, cement mortar, and fine aggregate concrete in applications such as plaster spraying, tunnel support, foundation grouting, and wall leveling.
