This 800PSI plaster and cement slurry concrete hose features a highly abrasion-resistant conductive natural rubber inner tube that withstands the scouring and corrosion of alkaline media such as cement, plaster, and mortar. Its smooth inner wall prevents slurry accumulation and clogging, while its built-in anti-static properties eliminate dust static electricity hazards. The multi-layer high-tensile textile cord wrapped reinforcement structure ensures stable pressure containment at 800PSI, providing excellent resistance to expansion, delamination, and bursting under high-pressure pumping. The outer cover is available in either abrasion-resistant black SBR/NR rubber or weather-resistant blue EPDM rubber, offering excellent resistance to gravel dragging, ozone, and salt spray aging. Adaptable to a wide temperature range of -30°C to 80°C, the flexible hose body is easy to bend and route. It is safely and perfectly suited for high-pressure pumping and delivery of plaster, cement slurry, and wet concrete in construction plastering, tunnel grouting, foundation reinforcement, and precast component casting.
