This 150PSI double-layer abrasive material blast hose features a highly abrasion-resistant conductive natural rubber inner tube that withstands the high-speed scouring of abrasives such as steel grit and quartz sand. Its smooth inner wall prevents sand accumulation and clogging, while its built-in anti-static properties eliminate dust static electricity hazards. The double-layer high-tensile textile cord cross-wrapped reinforcement structure ensures stable pressure containment at 150PSI, providing excellent resistance to wind pressure impacts without bulging or delamination. The outer cover is made of SBR/NR conductive blend rubber with a matte anti-slip texture to enhance grip during dragging. Combined with a pin-pricked design, it is highly resistant to ozone and high/low-temperature aging. It remains flexible and crack-resistant when bent under operating conditions ranging from -30°C to 80°C. With its lightweight body for flexible operation in confined spaces, it is widely used for abrasive blasting operations such as steel structure rust removal, stone shot blasting, casting sand cleaning, and workpiece surface grinding.
