This FDA-certified dry food suction and delivery hose features a compliant white food-grade natural rubber inner tube that is non-toxic, odorless, and smooth to prevent the adhesion of dry food ingredients such as flour, grain, and powdered sugar. It inhibits bacterial growth and ensures residue-free cleaning, fully meeting FDA food contact safety standards. The hose body is constructed with a triple reinforcement structure comprising high-tensile textile wrapped cords, a flexible spiral steel wire, and a conductive copper wire, enabling dual suction and delivery functions. It prevents collapsing under negative pressure and bulging during material transport, while effectively eliminating static electricity hazards during conveying. The outer cover is made of an SBR/EPDM blend abrasion-resistant rubber that withstands gravel scouring and ozone aging. Adaptable to a wide temperature range of -30°C to 80°C, the highly flexible hose body is easy to bend and drag. It is widely used for the suction, transfer, and discharge of dry grains and powders in grain and oil depots, food processing plants, and feed workshops.
