This 75PSI FDA-grade dry food discharge hose features an inner tube made of white natural rubber that complies with FDA food safety certifications. Its smooth, non-porous surface prevents the adhesion of dry food ingredients such as grain, flour, and cereals, while also inhibiting bacterial growth and material residue. The hose body is equipped with a spiral steel wire and a high-tensile textile braided reinforcement layer, achieving a rated working pressure of 75PSI. It provides dual suction and delivery functions, effectively preventing collapsing under negative pressure and bulging during material transport. The built-in static wire eliminates static electricity during conveying. The outer cover is made of a weather- and abrasion-resistant EPDM blend rubber that withstands oxidation and gravel friction. Suitable for a wide temperature range of -30°C to 80°C, the flexible hose body is easy to drag and lay out. It is fully compliant for the suction and discharge operations of dry grains and powders in grain and oil processing plants, grain depots, and food processing workshops.
