SAE 100 R4 RETURN OIL HOSE

Structure: Cover: Black CR conductive rubber, abrasion-resistant, oxidation-resistant, oil-resistant, and weather-resistant. Reinforcement: High-tensile textile cords and highly flexible spiral steel wire. Tube: Black NBR conductive rubber.
Application: Suitable for low-pressure return lines or suction lines, achieving half the minimum bend radius required by the SAE J517 100 R4 standard. Applicable for petroleum-based hydraulic oils, water, glycol, flame-resistant water-based hydraulic fluids, lubricating oils, crude oil, fuel oil, and water.

This SAE 100 R4 standard hydraulic return oil hose features an oil-resistant inner tube that can withstand long-term exposure to hydraulic oil and engine oil without swelling or clogging. The intermediate textile braided reinforcement layer ensures balanced pressure containment, perfectly adapting to low-pressure return oil conditions. The weather- and abrasion-resistant outer cover protects against oil stains, friction, and aging. The hose body is highly flexible and easy to route, providing smooth flow with minimal resistance. It is ideally suited for hydraulic oil return routing and oil tank replenishment delivery in construction machinery and vehicle hydraulic systems.
