Structure: Cover: Yellow SBR/NBR rubber, abrasion-resistant, oxidation-resistant, fire-resistant, and resistant to aromatic hydrocarbons. Reinforcement: High-tensile braided steel wire layer. Tube: Black extruded SBR rubber, RMA Grade A, oil mist-resistant.
Application: Designed for high-pressure and oil-resistant working environments, suitable for mining and quarries. It is characterized by high durability, long service life, and a high safety level.

This 600PSI high-temperature, oil-resistant steel wire braided air hose features an inner tube made of specialized oil- and heat-resistant rubber. It effectively resists swelling and hardening caused by engine oil and hydraulic oil, making it perfectly adapted for high-temperature air source delivery. The intermediate multi-layer, high-strength steel wire braided reinforcement evenly distributes pressure, achieving a rated working pressure of 600PSI, and provides excellent resistance to pressure pulses, bursting, and stretching. The weather- and abrasion-resistant outer cover withstands high-temperature radiation, oil corrosion, and outdoor wear. With excellent toughness and flexibility, the hose body resists delamination and cracking even under long-term high-temperature, oil-laden conditions. It is widely used in construction machinery, auto repair shops, and the high-pressure, high-temperature, oil-laden compressed air delivery for heavy-duty equipment.
