This food-grade conductive Teflon chemical hose features an inner tube made of food-grade PTFE Teflon infused with conductive carbon black, complying with FDA food contact standards. It rapidly dissipates static electricity generated during the transfer of flammable and explosive chemicals and solvents, effectively mitigating the safety hazards of electrostatic sparks. With extreme chemical inertness, it is highly resistant to strong acids, strong alkalis, various organic solvents, alcohol, and high-temperature food media. The smooth, non-stick inner wall prevents material adhesion and leaching, ensuring easy cleaning without residue. The intermediate layer is reinforced with a high-strength stainless steel braided mesh, providing stable pressure containment, deformation resistance, and excellent impulse pressure endurance. The abrasion and weather-resistant outer cover protects against ozone, aging, and workshop abrasion. Operating across a wide temperature range of -70℃ to 260℃, this highly flexible and bendable hose is widely used in chemical solvent transfer, brewery and food-grade spirit delivery, pharmaceutical raw material handling, and the explosion-proof transfer of hazardous fluids under strict anti-static conditions.
