GREY FOOD SUCTION AND DELIVERY HOSE

Structure: Cover: Grey NBR/PVC rubber, abrasion-resistant, oxidation-resistant, and oil-resistant. Reinforcement: High-tensile wrapped textile cords and 4 layers of highly flexible spiral steel wire. Tube: White NBR rubber, FDA and 3A compliant.
Application: Suitable for the suction and discharge of liquids, fats, oily foods, and alcoholic beverages (with an alcohol content of up to 75%). The hose can be sterilized using 5% soda water. Not recommended for dry abrasives.

This grey food-grade suction and delivery hose features an inner tube made of odorless, specialized food-grade rubber that is highly resistant to alcohol, fruit juices, grease, and weak acid/alkali media. When transferring red wine, white wine, beverages, or dairy products, it does not leach odors or alter the original flavor of the materials. Its smooth inner wall prevents residue buildup and ensures easy cleaning. The internal hard spiral steel wire skeleton, combined with a textile braided reinforcement layer, provides dual functionality for both vacuum suction and positive pressure delivery. It maintains its shape under pressure and resists collapsing during suction, making it perfectly suited for long-term, frequent suction and discharge operations. The grey abrasion-resistant outer cover offers excellent resistance to aging, ozone, and humid workshop environments. Highly flexible for easy bending and coiling, and fully compliant with food contact safety standards, it is widely used for the transfer and discharge of liquor, dairy, beverages, and food processing materials.
