the mine steel wire braided rubber hose complies with the mt/t98 coal safety standard and holds the ma safety mark. it is constructed with an oil-resistant nitrile inner tube, a 1- or 2-layer copper-plated steel wire braided reinforcement, and a special flame-retardant and anti-static outer cover. with a rated working pressure of 16-40mpa and a temperature range of -40℃ to 100℃, it can convey hydraulic oil, coal mine emulsions, and water glycol media. the outer cover is self-extinguishing when exposed to fire and anti-static. it is highly resistant to abrasion, moisture, and rock impacts, and features excellent pulse resistance to prevent delamination and bursting. ideal for high-pressure oil circuits in coal mine hydraulic supports, coal mining machines, roadheaders, and tunnel support equipment. it supports crimping assembly without the need for cover skiving, ensuring safe and durable performance in harsh conditions such as underground mining and non-coal mining operations.
