the 240psi (16bar) xlpe chemical delivery hose features a transparent cross-linked polyethylene inner liner, combined with a high-strength fiber winding and spiral steel wire composite reinforcement structure. it is resistant to weak acids, weak alkalis, common solvents, coatings, and 90% of conventional chemical media. the hose prevents collapse under negative pressure suction. the epdm outer cover offers superior abrasion resistance, aging resistance, ozone resistance, and weather resistance, with a working temperature range of -20℃ to 65℃. supporting both suction and discharge delivery, it is ideal for general chemical fluid transfer scenarios in chemical workshops, electroplating, coatings, food ingredient preparation, and tanker loading/unloading. an anti-static copper wire can be added to suit flammable and explosive media. offering high cost-effectiveness and soft flexibility for easy installation.
