PRESSURE NYLON HOSE

Structure: inner tube: nylon core tube (pa12) with a high oil-resistant barrier layer. resistant to mineral hydraulic oils and ethylene glycol coolants, with a low swelling rate at high temperatures and strong sealing performance. remains non-brittle at low temperatures down to -40°c. reinforcement: double-layer polyester fiber braid. high-tensile fibers are tightly interwoven to evenly distribute system pressure. the safety factor against bursting is ≥ 4 times the working pressure. highly resistant to pulse fatigue, weighing only 1/7 of a steel wire rubber hose of the same specification. outer cover: nylon / pu protective layer. wear-resistant, uv-resistant, waterproof, and dustproof, with resistance to minor impacts. available in multiple colors (black, transparent, blue, red, yellow) for easy pipeline identification.

Application: widely used in pneumatic brake lines and fuel lines in the automotive industry, as well as in textile machinery, food processing, air, water, fuel oil, and chemical lubrication applications, drip irrigation control systems, vacuum systems, and air conditioning refrigeration systems.
