the super hercules low bend series hydraulic hose far exceeds the iso 18752 industry standard. it is constructed with an oil-resistant nitrile inner tube, a multi-layer high-tensile steel wire spiral reinforcement structure, and a non-skive wear-resistant outer cover. its core advantage is the ultra-low bend characteristic, with a minimum bend radius reduced by nearly 40% compared to general standards. the hose body is soft and flexible, adapting to confined and compact installation spaces in equipment. it offers excellent pressure-bearing performance, capable of withstanding over a million pulse cycles, and is resistant to bulging and delamination under high-frequency alternating pressure. with an operating temperature range of -40°c to 121°c, it combines resistance to oil contamination, uv rays, and dragging wear. an optional upe super wear-resistant outer protective layer is available. it is compatible with media such as mineral oils and biodegradable hydraulic oils. when paired with dedicated integrated non-skive fittings, it ensures stable sealing and convenient assembly, significantly extending the service life of the entire machine's pipeline system. it is suitable for various heavy-duty hydraulic applications in confined spaces.
