SAE 100R12 FOUR-LAYER STEEL WIRE SPIRAL HIGH-PRESSURE HYDRAULIC HOSE

Structure: the hose consists of a heat-resistant oil synthetic rubber inner tube, four layers of steel wire spiral reinforcement, and an oil- and weather-resistant synthetic rubber outer cover.
Application: suitable for ultra-high pressure main hydraulic circuits in construction machinery such as shield tunneling machines, heavy-duty loaders, and fully mechanized coal mining equipment; high-pressure delivery systems in metallurgical rolling equipment, large port lifting machinery, and large centralized hydraulic power units; and hydraulic pipelines in concrete pump trucks, heavy-duty injection molding machines, large-tonnage special engineering vehicles, and large agricultural machinery. it can withstand severe operating conditions with high-frequency pulses and continuous heavy-duty loads.
