Large diameter steel wire spiral rubber hoses feature a multi-layer, high-tensile steel wire spiral reinforcement structure. Available in large bore sizes ranging from DN51 to DN127, they are offered in two high-pressure ratings: 35 MPa (4-wire) and 50 MPa (6-wire). These hoses are widely used in construction machinery, large hydraulic power units, mining equipment, and main hydraulic circuit delivery. They offer excellent high-pressure resistance, pulse endurance, and wear resistance, along with superior bending performance. Designed for high-flow delivery without pressure drop, they are compatible with various standard hydraulic fittings and support custom lengths and hose assembly processing.
