Let's discuss the equipment used in the production and processing of high-pressure steel wire spiral hoses. The key manufacturing equipment for high-pressure hose assemblies includes peeling machines, electric pressure test pumps, crimping machines, and cleanroom cutting equipment. The high-pressure hose assembly production system in our company is completely pollution-free. Every product undergoes rigorous pressure testing before leaving the factory, ensuring an exceptionally high qualification rate.

The term "high pressure" dictates specific requirements for the application characteristics of hoses. Based on the system pressure, the maximum working pressure of the hose must be determined. Every hydraulic hose has a basic working pressure, and its engineering burst pressure is typically 3 to 4 times the working pressure. The higher the pressure, the more layers of steel wire are required, and the more meticulous the manufacturing process must be. Therefore, selecting a hose with an appropriate maximum working pressure based on the system's actual pressure ensures normal system operation while matching the correct pressure rating. If the system frequently experiences shock pressures, it is necessary to select hoses with a relatively high pulse service life. Additionally, attention must be paid to the technical parameters and product specification classifications of hydraulic hoses.

Operating temperature is another critical factor for users to consider. If the working environment temperature is too high or too low, it will inevitably affect the service life and pressure-bearing capacity of the hose. Therefore, the hose must be used within its allowable temperature range. For systems where the long-term temperature exceeds this range, it is advisable to use hose protective sleeves or purchase specially designed hoses.

When dealing with special media, the inner and outer surfaces of the hose, as well as the fittings and seals, must be compatible with the medium. For top connections, nut connections are widely adopted due to their convenience and low cost; however, in environments with severe vibrations, the risk of nut loosening must be fully considered, and flange connections should be selected in such cases. Regarding fluid compatibility, the liquid inside the hose must meet the requirements specified in the product's "Application Scope." Exceeding these specified limits will compromise the service life and safety of the pipeline.

Application Scope of High-Pressure Steel Wire Spiral Hoses:

High-pressure steel wire spiral hoses are suitable for coal mine hydraulic supports and oilfield development and design. They are also widely used in construction engineering, lifting and transport equipment, metallurgical forging, mining equipment, marine vessels, injection molding machines, agricultural machinery, and various automated hydraulic transmission systems across different industries. They are designed to convey petroleum-based fluids (such as mineral oil, soluble oil, engine oil, diesel, and lubricating oil) and water-based liquids (such as emulsions, oil-water emulsions, and water) at specific pressures and temperatures.
