To enhance the company's management level and empower high-quality corporate development

Building on our successful implementation of the ISO9001 Quality Management System, and to further enhance our management capabilities and empower high-quality development, we recently organized a specialized training program for our mid- and senior-level management. The session was led by Mr. Liu, a Certified Quality Engineer, Senior Engineer, and Six Sigma Black Belt. The training aimed to deepen the management team's understanding and application of ISO9001 standards, ensuring that we continuously elevate our benchmarks in product and service quality, as well as in delivering customer value.

Through a combination of lectures, case studies, and interactive discussions, the training provided a comprehensive overview of quality management system principles. Participants gained a thorough understanding of the seven core quality management principles, the PDCA cycle, strategic and risk management, the control of documented information, leadership, and full staff engagement. This enabled the management team to identify operational gaps and areas for improvement, thereby continuously enhancing work efficiency and quality, and ultimately driving tangible business benefits through the effective implementation of the management system.
